The 2024 wine was vinified with approximately 50% whole bunches, bringing aromatic complexity, freshness and additional structural detail. Gentle extraction was employed throughout the domaine’s red-wine production, while no new oak was used, allowing the fruit and vineyard character to remain clearly expressed.
