Otway Hinterland, Victoria

Harvested between the 8th and 21st of March, this was allowed to ferment naturally with wild yeast and about 30 percent as whole bunches. Natural malo in oak with 25% new.

As with all of the “Heroes” wines there were no winemaking additions except for sulphur, so this is the truest and most honest representation of our vineyard’s terroir that we can give. Low yielding and organically grown.
