One of the benchmark expressions of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, Villa Bucci farms organically across calcareous and clayey hillside soils, with the wine refined exclusively in stainless steel to preserve purity. Fermentation uses only the first pressing with no skin contact, and the wine rests on lees until spring without induced malolactic fermentation. The result is a straw-yellow wine with floral hints of elderberry, rennet apple and grapefruit, showing the purest side of Verdicchio grown in a region of excellence. Saline, structured and age-worthy.
