Gippsland, Victoria

From the Willow Grove vineyard, a north facing hill of red volcanic and Grey Dermosol soil. Planted in 2001 to MV6 & 114 clone Pinot Noir. Planted on own roots and never irrigated. Fermented on skins for three weeks and aged in 500L Barrels for 12 months on fine lees.

Deep and complex with aromas of Rasberry, Strawberry, Cranberry, Black Tea, pepper & wood spice. The wine is dense and textured with firm tannin and bright acid. - Entropy Wines
