Crowd favourite Old Hog is back for 2023! Fruit from Geelong, made with 40% whole bunch, wild yeast ferment. Light extraction, 1 year in French barriques (of which one third new) then bottled and left a further 12 months before release. This is an elegant, cranberried, cherried pinot noir with whole bunch characteristics and silky tannins.
