Syrahmi’s Introspect is a stripped-back, site-driven take on Heathcote Shiraz, from a single granite vineyard in cooler Tooborac. Fermented with 100% whole bunch, matured in old oak and bottled unfined, unfiltered, with nothing added.

Lifted and spicy rather than dense, it shows blackberry, dark cherry, black pepper and bay leaf with a savoury edge. The whole bunch adds perfume and structure, while fine, grippy tannins and natural acidity keep it bright.

Not a big, glossy Shiraz—this is leaner, more structural and all about the vineyard. Best enjoyed with food.
