This wine comes from several small south-facing vineyards in the historic Soave Classico area. The volcanic soils are also rich in clay and silt. Very drinkable wine with strong personality. The Montesei wine is made from small vineyards in the Soave Classico DOC, where it is impossible to machine-harvest the grapes and where the Garganega variety has been grown for many, many years. Our Montesei wine is perfect as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, white meat and mild cheese.
