This is the best value 1er cru Chablis you will find in the country, hands down. But let's not just dwell on the value as that undersells the quality of this wine. This is a decent step up on the AC coming from vines averaging around 40 years of age. More intensity and focus here, but in the same mould as its little brother. A little punchier too as a rule with a lovely spear of acidity giving the wine a real sense of energy and carrying with it that mineral snap we love. - Importer
