Pale straw in coulor with a delicate green hue. The bouquet shows zesty lemon, apricot & flinty aromas with background smoky oak. In the mouth, vibrant flavours of stonefruit & grapefruit zest are unmistakably regional, with subtle oak adding structure and helping to drive the palate which has a lovely flow. There is a cleansing citrus zing to the bright and satisfying finish. Excellent with sushi or spiced lentil and chickpea salad with halloumi. - Winery Notes
