A blend sourced from vineyards our family has planted in the Adelaide Hills and Limestone Coast. 38% Riesling, 33% Chardonnay and 29% Semillon, it’s fresh and zesty with a mix of floral perfumed characters, fruit and complex briny notes. The palate has nice weight to it, with a smooth texture and balanced acidity. A real smashable wine and perfectly suited to a warm day on the beach.
