This is like eating a bowl of cherry red cranberries sitting on a mixed forest floor. The whole bunch stalks give the pallet some firm strawberry liquorice backstrap chew with some cloves and cinnamon stick in the finish. Firm but restrained. Serious but fun. - Walsh & Sons
