Otway Hinterland, Victoria

Picked on 14th April – 1.1kg per vine / 1.2 tons per acre. Fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel – then cooled to arrest ferment before completion. Bottled without fining. This wine is a semi sweet style with 60g/L RS and 8.2% Alc. 60 cases made.
