100% Torrontes from 40-year-old vines located in Tupungato, Uco Valley, Argentina. Grown at 1,000 meters above sea level in clay soils and rocky subsoil, it is hand-harvested and then macerated for 8 hours to extract fine texture and loads of flavour. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
