Stone fruit, spicy pie crust, a subtle fennel and white flower perfume. Plenty of flavour, pie apple with a smattering of citrus and preserved lemon, a gentle chalkiness but quite smooth in delivery, juicy acidity, some savoury oatmeal stuff and lemon zest on a long finish. Supple and bright white, lots of gentle fruit character, fine savoury elements, saline minerality. It feels super even and calm, really beautiful and understated and yet flavoursome too.
