Hillside vine in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune appellation, 100% Chardonnay.
This half-hectare plot is located on the top of a small hill on the edge of the Pommard appellation. It benefits from daily sunshine from morning to evening.
The soil is made up of white marl, ideal for making chardonnay.
Already exploited in the Middle Ages, the plot produced white wines appreciated by the Dukes of Burgundy.
