Gunderloch's 2020 Hipping GG offers a very clear, bright and flinty, very elegant and slate-driven bouquet. The palate is tight, almost austere, enormously vital and very salty. Very attractive yellow-peach character and elegant harmony on the generous, rather succulent palate. However, this is rather quiet at the silky finish. Drink now. Screw cap.
