Nose: light and oily, ginger, coconut oil, demerara sugar and cinnamon.

Palate: Chewy with full-bodied soft warming spice. Brandy snaps, sticky toffee pudding and dates.

Finish: Pleasantly bitter - orange bitters, citrussy tang and then golden syrup.

All bourbon oak, only 234 bottles released.
