Geelong, Victoria

100% Chardonnay from all sub-regions of Geelong, Victoria.

Harvested between 25th February and 12th March 2024.

Fermented in a mix of old and new French Oak barriques and hogsheads.  10% new oak and 20% through Malolactic Fermentation.

3 Vineyard sources make up the final blend.  Sutherlands Creek (Moorabool Valley), Barrabool (Barrabool Hills) and Portarlington (Bellarine Peninsula)

The final wine is made up of 2 clones (P58 and 1VI10)

The batches were then blended and bottled the end of August 2023.
