We ​​are a two-headed monster, we really like fine wines, but we also love the more fluid wines with a Mediterranean profile from southeastern France, and other areas with a climate and varieties similar to ours in Navarre.

Clarete Negro is going to be a series of light, delicate wines with low alcohol content and very good acidity. I found the name in some of my father's notes on "forgotten wines," a folder of Navarrese wines.
