"Cinsault is hard to find, yet the variety is a great suit to the climate and soils of the Fleureiu region.

Vibrant and contemporary, but also quite gentle and subtle variety.

Produced using multiple methods of macerations to emphasise its violet fruit and relaxed character, adding to this it has a lower alcohol content.
