Mazzini 2022 Pinot Gris is fruit sourced from the Hillside Haven vineyard at the base of Mt Anakie. This region of Geelong is true to style with the Moorabool Valley noted for power, structure and bringing freshness and minerality to the wine. A small amount of Fiano was blended with the Pinot Gris to increase acidity and add texture. Matured in a combination of French oak and Amphora for 4 months prior to bottling..
