Savagnin & Pinot Gris from two adjoining blocks of fruit. Direct pressed into old puncheons for fermentation and ageing.
 
Texture and mineral drive in a way scarcely seen in Australian wine. Fresh, detailed and expressive, built around cooking apple acidity and herby savoury. We find the whites from Ryan become more powerful and refined with each release and this wine continues that evolution.
