Pyrenees, Victoria

Grown at the Malakoff Vineyard in the Pyrenees. Made using traditional, old-world techniques. Only pump-overs.  Gentle extraction.  Used 500L puncheons. Bursts from the glass with aromas of florals and citrus. Tannins are fine but present.  Pops of dark fruit and strawberry. Tar lingers in the back. – Praeter
