"Located in the municipalities of Bligny and Pommard, the entire basement is essentially made up of gravel. It has a medium-intensity colour and offers an impressive range of aromas, the essential quality of Pinot Noir. Its good suppleness and moderate tannins allow it to be enjoyed quite young while ensuring easy aging (5 to 10 years). Served between 14 and 16°C, it accompanies grilled and roasted red meats, charcuterie, etc." - Winery note
