"We love our Viognier. Faithful to the variety with some richer stonefruit and spice characters, but overwhelmingly fresh and mineral, it feels like a triumph of site, farming and winemaking.

Pale straw yellow with a restrained youthful nose, quietly complex. Poached pear, freshly cut quince, jasmine blossom and lemon rind with ripples of pastry and crème patissiere across the smooth surface. The palate is taut, saline and subtly textured." - Winery note

Very low yields in 2022, impeccable fruit, and the cool conditions allowed for some greater flavour development at the moderate sugars ideal for the Bobar style. This release is fantastic and comfortably the best made, following seamlessly in the style they’ve created.
