NV Saison Rhubarb Vermouth
Organic rhubarb, early spring magnolias, violets and lavender are blended into Moscato base wine. The vermouth is bittered using two species of Australian grown wormwood and aged on a little more roasted rhubarb along with a heap of fresh spring lilac flowers.
Perfect on its own straight from the fridge or with a large cube of ice. For added refreshment try in a Negroni Spagliato using Rhubarb vermouth & Autonomy Dave Plum Aperitivo topped with Prosecco.
