"Aww, schatz is sweetheart in German. Cute. King Valley sylvaner is a thing.
It’s squeaky and very thirst-quenching, all ginger in lemon tea and fine, powdery pucker, a starburst of lemony freshness and thick-skinned apple pleasing-bitterness. Sheesh, a lot going on and yet a wine of such easy pleasure and vitality. Yum, is the message, but there’s way more going on in here in nuance of texture and detail in flavours.
