Sustainably farmed Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Muscat and Gewürztraminer, free of artificial chemicals or fertilisers. Fermented on skins then aged in amphorae and oak. A beautiful hazy amber wine with pear, stone fruit and negroni-like spice, delicate tannins.
